Delivery

Our postage and packing costs are a standard £5.95* to mainland UK. Unfortunately we do not delivery outside of the UK including Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Islands and Highlands of the UK. If in any doubt please contact us.

Free delivery is offered on purchases over £75*

*Larger or heavier items may be subject to extra postage costs. This will be stated within the product description details and we will invoice you separately if this is the case.

Please ensure the correct postal address is given when placing your order. We cannot accept liability for loss of parcels or any additional cost.

We aim to despatch orders within 1-3 working days. If for any reason this cannot be fulfilled we will contact you. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and sometimes delays are out of our control. We will contact you if this is the case.

Returns

We hope you love your items as much as we do however for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we are here to help. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery enquiries@tillystreasures.com.

We are happy to exchange or refund the cost excluding the postage, once the items are received back in their original packaging in perfect condition. If items are received damaged we will be unable to provide a refund.

You are required to pay the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.

We always pack your items in the hope they will arrive in perfect condition, however if this is not the case you will be offered a refund or replacement. Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our postal carrier.
